For a long time, my inner world was shaped by pain, loss, and setbacks I'd never imagined possible. Surviving, by staying focused on the next responsibility, the next step, the next thing that needed to get done.
But survival has a cost.
One day, while reading through my own journal, I had a realization that stopped me cold: the way I was speaking to myself was cruel. No amount of healing work would ever stick if I kept tearing myself down from the inside.
“I would never say these things to a friend.”
That moment changed everything.
I made a conscious decision to stop being my own worst critic and start becoming my own best friend. What began an awareness experiment turned into a new way of thinking, speaking, and showing up for myself.
This wasn’t about fixing the past.
It was about learning how to move forward without sabotaging myself.
The results were undeniable.
I built real confidence.
I stopped second-guessing myself.
I took action.
Really going all-in when I created a thriving photography business from scratch, left a “safe” government career, and stepped into an entrepreneurial life I once felt guilty for wanting.
The more I invested in my personal growth, the more freedom I created. And that’s when I knew this wasn’t just personal work. This is what I’m meant to help others do.
The journey led me here.
As a 3x Certified Life Coach, I now help others build self-trust, commit to their goals, and stop giving up on themselves when things get uncomfortable.
My Superpower is seeing possibilities where others see roadblocks.

Keeping an open mind & a loving heart. Staying curious, accountable, and being a good human.
Five years ago, if you’d told me I’d be bragging about mornings, I would’ve laughed. They used to feel like a hurried cyclone, and I was convinced I just wasn’t a “morning person.” Turns out, personal growth changes more than mindset— it changes how you experience your day. Enjoying mornings has been a total game changer.💯
Enjoying the ocean in any season, from any beach. Walking, sitting, photographing or enjoying the sunset— it all works!
Toxic B.S.(or Northern Winters)— both are far too cold for my liking.

Photographing High-School Seniors is where my photography & coaching worlds collide.
Yes, I capture EPIC photos— but more importantly, I create a space where they can drop the worries, quiet the insecurities, and just be themselves. Watching confidence emerge in real time never gets old.
my happy place!
🌊 Ocean
Anywhere on the ocean is my happy place.
It’s where I go to reset, breathe deeper, and remember who I am beneath the noise.
❤️ Family
Family is my anchor and my reminder of what really matters.
They’ve taught me more about patience, presence, and unconditional love than anything else in my life. Everything I’ve built— personally and professionally— comes back to them.

☀️ Summer in Maine
Summer in Maine is when I feel the most alive.
From beach days and boat rides to fishing with Jason, time with our kids and grandkids, and Fourth of July celebrations— it’s a season full of connection and joy. It’s also when my photography business comes alive. Everything just feels aligned.
Singing My Heart Out at Live Concerts 🎤
There’s nothing quite like the energy of live music! Re-discovering my love for concerts has been such a blast— soaking in every beat and always leaving with an overpriced t-shirt that somehow becomes my favorite thing to wear. It’s the little things.
I ❤️ Summer!

✈️ Traveling
Travel fills my soul— especially when it doubles as quality time with my kids.
New places, shared experiences, and making memories together remind me that life is meant to be lived, not rushed through.
🌟 Getting to Know Myself Again
For a long time, I didn’t know how to answer the question, “What makes you happy?” beyond my family.
My passions were buried under responsibilities and routines—but learning to give myself space to explore, write, speak, and just be has been life-changing. Reclaiming that friendship with myself has been one of the greatest gifts.
